Who can use Wing?

Wing can be used by people with Asthma, COPD, Cystic Fibrosis, Alpha–1, or any other repiratory condition. Wing can also be used by Athletes, Runners, Swimmers, Quantified Selfers, Wind musicians, or just for fun!

Is Wing a medical device?

Yes! Wing is FDA–cleared as an over–the–counter medical device. Wing uses the same technology as hospitals use, spirometry — but Wing was designed for you. This means Wing has passed the most rigorous evaluation of product quality, accuracy, and reliability in the world.

Can children use Wing?

Yes! Wing is cleared for use by children 5 years or older.
Wing makes monitoring asthma fun with a space-themed game rather than a typical, boring medical device.

Will Wing be covered by insurance?

Our goal with Wing is to develop a tool and community that helps people better control and proactively manage their asthma. Wing is an over–the–counter product, so no prescription is necessary. We plan to work with insurance providers and employers as we move forward so that we can bring Wing to every individual with asthma.

Can Wing share a data report with my family or doctor?

Yes! You can securely share a link to your monthly data report with your family, doctor, or anyone else you need to.

Does Wing need batteries?

No! Wing has no batteries and no charging. Wing is powered from your phone!

Will Wing work with my phone?

Wing is designed for iPhone 5 or later. The Wing app for Android will be released in 2017.

How secure is my credit card information?

Our payment processing uses secure, 256-bit encryption. Your information is securely stored with our payment processing company, Stripe. Wing does not have access to or store any credit card information.

What countries will Wing ship to?

Wing currently ships only to the United States.

Is there a refund policy?

If you are dissatisfied within 45 days of purchase, please send your Wing sensor back to us for a full refund.

Is there a warranty?

We are offering a 1 year warranty on the product after shipping.
